Office Manager & Home Designer

Personally planning with clients, Carol

provides design options compatible with

client preferences, landscape and natural

habitat areas.   Her time is invested in

assuring that a design meets the

expectations and lifestyle of each client,

using the latest CAD design software.  Carol

is also the main office manager and

coordinates the financial operation of the

company.

Rick has twenty-one years of

framing and trim experience

along with ten years in management overseeing

both framing and trim crews. Mr. Nelsen has successfully managed projects with values ranging

from $1000.00

to upwards of $1000,000.00.

Mike Wierstra

Residential Remodeling Manager

Mike coordinates remodeling projects from

the very simple to major, ranging in price to

over a half-million dollars.  A skilled framing

and finish carpenter himself, Mike manages

the Remodeling & Renovation crews of

Nugent professionals working throughout

the greater Grand Rapids area.

Matt McCambridge

Residential Project Manager

Matt has been with Nugent for

15 years. During his extensive career in the construction industry he has spent over 12 years directly in the field building and remodeling custom homes and commercial projects. He has held roles within the company ranging from project manager,

field supervisor to construction site foreman and now over sees field operations for residential remodeling.

His first hand knowledge of the industry is invaluable

to the company and the clients he serves.

Superintendent

Eric has ten years experience in the

construction industry. While with Nugent

Builders Eric has worked as a licensed

builder and an experienced trim carpenter,

Commercial Estimator and his

current position as Project Superintendent.

Jeff Engle

Project Manager

Jeff has twelve years of experience in

the construction industry.  He coordinates

contractors performing work on site and

assists Rick in all aspects of

commercial construction.

Emily Noordeloos

Project Engineer / Safety Director

Emily coordinates project contracts,

commercial accounts receivable, and

serves as the commercial liaison between

construction managers and sub-contractors.

Emily is also Safety Director, she

administers the job site
